• Great start to the Autumn Term

  We have had a super start to our new school year. It has been wonderful to see the children returning to school, all smiles and ready to go! There has been a lovely calm atmosphere across all the classes, with the older children in each class helping the younger ones to find their way around and get to know routines etc.

  Our new children have settled brilliantly - plenty of co-operative play, fun and busy work going on!

  Thank you to all parents and staff for being so well organised for the new school year, and getting the school off to such a positive start!

• Ready for the new school year

  As well as all the planning and preparation for the new academic year, we've been busy inside the school building.
  Essential structural work has been completed under the floor of the toilets near Team Phoenix, all the toilets have been repaired and re-fitted, and we have a new vinyl floor. 
  A leak in the heating system that had gone undetected for decades has now been located and fixed - so we are now ready for the winter months ahead.
  And new carpeting has been installed along the length of the library and the whole blue room carpet replaced.

  So, lots of work with trades in and out during the summer, and moving resources and furniture - but all back in place now and ready for the new school year!
